Who are we?

Lacuna manufactures folding doors in Langeskov on the island of Funen, based on the dream of opening the home up to nature. The doors are developed to last 30–50 years through continuous product development, carefully selected materials, and a clear ambition to be the world’s best manufacturer of folding doors.

The company was founded in 2006 by CEO Henrik Brunsø and Service Manager Lars Holm.

Lacuna’s philosophy is to deliver the best value for money with a focus on “Focus, Lean and Transparency.”

In just a few years, Lacuna has become a recognized brand both in Denmark and abroad, driven by high quality, strong design, and a shared ambition to be among the best in the world at folding doors. A large part of the production is exported to countries including Canada, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Spain, England, Ireland, Scotland, Norway, Iceland, and Sweden.
